About us

Abraham Corporate Services specializes in the establishment and sale of companies as well as corporate consulting.

We also offer a wide range of administrative services. Knowledge of the Polish language and many years of experience working with Polish clients allow us to provide services in an efficient and affordable manner.

Services

Company formation

  • We will establish a company tailored to your needs.
  • The process is quick - the company can be entered in the Commercial Register within 7 days from providing all documents and information.
  • The company can also be established remotely. Your presence is not required; we will take care of everything.

PRICES

  • Limited Liability Company (s.r.o.): CZK 25,000 (EUR 1.030), including all costs
  • Joint-Stock Company (a.s.): CZK 50,000 (EUR 2,100), including all costs

Registered office

We provide virtual registered office services in Prague, Brno and Ostrava.

PRICES

  • CZK 3,900 (EUR 163) / 1 year
  • CZK 5,900 (EUR 250) / 2 years

If required, we can also arrange a conference room or physical office premises.

Sale of ready-made companies

Our ready-made companies:

  • are 100% clean
  • have paid-up share capital
  • are registered in the Commercial Register
  • have never conducted business activities
  • have no debts or obligations, which the seller declares in the share transfer agreement

  • Joint-Stock Company (a.s.): CZK 50,000 (EUR 2,100), including all costs

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY - VAT REGISTERED

We can also offer a VAT-registered limited liability company with no business history. If you are interested, we can also arrange the sale of a VAT-registered limited liability company with an existing business history.

FAQ

VAT registration in Czech Republic

VAT registration in Czech Republic is not automatic and is not required if company turnover does not exceed CZK 2,000,000

Each registration application is evaluated individually by the tax office

Voluntary VAT registration in Czech Republic is subject to a longer registration procedure

Accounting for companies

We cooperate with several accounting offices. The office is chosen according to the client's needs. Most accountants communicate in Polish.

Registration of changes in Commercial Register

The statutory deadline for the court to implement changes is 5 working days from submitting the application.

How long does it take to establish a company after providing all necessary data and documents?

Establishing a company is a very fast process and takes a maximum of 1 week.

Do you also provide registered office for companies?

Yes, we can provide a registered office with professional providers according to the client's city preference.

Criminal record entry

A client cannot have a criminal record entry if they want to be the managing director of the company.

Do you also provide services for people outside the European Union?

Yes, we also provide services for clients outside the European Union. We communicate in English.

Can one person be both a shareholder and a director of a limited liability company?

Yes, they can.
